ANOTHER ONE? THIS IS AN EPIDEMIC!

This guy may have had a criminal record, may have been in the midst of a drug deal and may have been playing loud music. But he definitely was another unarmed black man gunned down by cops who had no right to be his on the spot judge and jury convicting him with a death sentence. Too many of our cops are murderers. If they (wrongly) believed the guy to be armed, why can't they shoot him in the arm or leg? Not to kill? In this climate of national unrest? These cops are living in their own world and not about to give up any of their power. We need to ask who is giving them this power and assuring them that it's likely that they'll get off.
