ARRESTED FOR HANDING OUT LEAFLETS

 Leaflets on voters' rights. Like the kind that the US prides itself on. Like voters' rights that are essential to the one person, one vote democracy that we claim to love so much that we try to spread it in Iraq and all of our news stations run triumphant coverage of Iraqis with ink-stained fingers because they've voted for the first time. Like the kind of democracy that we give billions to Israel every year to preserve because it's the Middle East's only democracy. Well if our votes are being suppressed.. guess what? We don't have a functioning democracy here at home. Why are we trying to spread what we've lost? Stay home and fix THIS country!
