BENGHAZI INVESTIGATIONS--A WASTE OF TIME AND $

Maybe this will shut Republicans up about Benghazi. However, just because they were wrong in painting this as a an Obama/Hillary foreign disaster doesn't mean that Obama's foreign policy is a joke and Hillary's will be even more hawkish. So this is a hollow victory.
