We secured historic victories at the Supreme Court two weeks ago. But the stain of inequality hasn't been fully lifted from our laws. The next big battle for fairness is starting right now, in the Senate. In 29 states, no state law protects workers from being called into a boss's office and getting handed a pink slip for no other reason than their sexual orientation. The same is true in 33 states for transgender employees. There's still no federal law to prevent this damaging discrimination. But we have a chance to change that. A key Senate committee just passed the Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA) and now, the full Senate has a historic opportunity to tackle this issue once and for all – to pass the bill we've been pushing for years that would finally protect all LGBT Americans on the job. Tell your senators to help advance ENDA without delay! ENDA is more than just a key protection for LGBT people. It's the next major step on the long road to full equality. SIGN
