Democracynow.org: "In its first vote, the Republican-controlled House approved a major rule change that could make it easier for them to advance tax cuts for the wealthy." Isn't this awful? It just shows you right where those rotten Republicans are. They haven't changed a bit since Mitt Romney lost the election when it was proved that he represented the top 1% and their tax cuts, while damning "takers" like veterans and seniors.

But this also reminds me of one of Obama's first actions when he took office for the second time. He had campaigned on raising taxes for tthose earning $250,000 and up but once elected, that figure was magically changed to $400,000 and up. Both parties represent the 1%. The GOP is just more open about it.
