SAVE THE INTERNET: NYC PROTEST

Genuinely historic: Next Wednesday we're taking it to the streets.

The New York Tech Meetup is organizing a protest of the PROTECT IP Act (the Senate version of SOPA, the Internet censorship bill) outside of the offices of New York senators Chuck Schumer and Kirsten Gillibrand.

We're hoping for thousands of people.

That's 12:30 PM on Wednesday, January 18th at 780 Third Avenue (at 49th St.) in NYC.

Schumer and Gillibrand are ignoring concerns about the impact PROTECT IP will have on the Internet and the New York tech community. It's time to call them out.
