It's Terry Roth from Another Pretty Face a glam rock band from the 70's, tho he was differnt back then. Seriously Terry Has a great voice, the band was good and seemed about to make it but they broke up, he reformed with different members but it wasnt the same. Glad he is big on youtube, this is just one of his characters, I enjoy watching him in his whole new career.
