HERE'S A TREAT!

Some friends in the music biz sent me these links to snippets of some tracks from Chaka Khan's new album FUNK THIS, including duets with Mary J. and Michael McDonald, with whom she sangs Carly SImon's YOU BELONG TO ME. She also covers Prince's SIGN OF THE TIMES, a Jimi Hendryxx track I don't know, a couple self-penned jams, and her own funk classic YOU GOT THE LOVE, from RAGS TO RUFUS. THis has a funky like her RAGS TO RUFUS days--I loved her CLASSICKHAN with the London Symphony orchestra, especially Patsy Cline's CRAZY and HAZEL'S HIPS. But I love some funky CHaka. In fact, RAGS was the first album I ever purchased! Actually, I think I bought it second. The soundtrack to OLIVER was the first! Yes, I'm gay! Not quite sure why they sent 2 links for each song, but I assume that some folks can only listen to one type. (Computer illiterate here.)
