Bunny... I love you, I really do... but your blog has become a link list for YouTube. We get it... we know you like the site and spend hours upon hours searching through the video's, and we even appreciate you sharing one or two... But when 90% of your blog has become nothing but links to video's on there, it no longer is worth reading.
I miss the good 'ole days, where you actually talked about stuff that we cared about... articles you were featured in or had a part in... even the random funny clip and sort (from sites OTHER than YouTube)... But unless you're being paid by them to advertise, and even then, please move on.
I know this will get backlash, and maybe even deleted... but this is just a message from a faithful reader who is tired of the same 'ole thing.
Well, not ALL the links have been YouTube. And to be fair, some of these clips are very much worth seeing, and YouTube happens to be the only site that has them...
Hey Michael from TN, You selfish clod! It's Ms. Bunny's blog and she can and does post anything that she damn well pleases her. We are all blessed to have Bunny and enjoy everything she posts, including YouTube. Keep up the good word, Ms. BunBun, your blog is great and I am enlightened and entertained at the same time by your posts. Lots of love, The Obstreperous Ms. J
Michael from TN: different people like different things. And I do rely heavily on youtube clips/articles others have written when I don't have the time to write anything of substance myself, which will be the case for much of the summer while I'm on the road, sometimes with limited email access. Truth be told, I often don't even have to hunt on youtube cuz people send me links galore. Plus my iphoto is acting funky, so although I've been snapping away at a variety of kooks in a variety of locations, I'm not always able to post the pix myself. You aren't the first person to express this, so I know there is truth in it and I really do appreciate the honest feedback. But I do find current affairs so unsettling, that if I focus primarily on them, I can get so wrapped up in the news that I exclude the jobs which actually pay my bills. I find myself googling politics while I am missing deadlines for Genre articles or the backpage of the Star which I've been adding comments to every week. And lord knows I could spend some time developing some new material for my "seasoned" night club act!
And in my defense, I did write a little bit in the last few days! Then I added a Carol Channing video from youtube--oh well! As someone who constantly gripes about today's inferior entertainment, I think it's positive for me to hunt for stuff that I truly enjoy and post it. Or else I'm just a one-note chicken little. Maybe we need that right now, but I always thought I could possibly trick folks who didn't care much about politics by sandwiching alarmist rants between entertaining fluff. But you are right. No matter how you slice it, there has been a lot more fluff on the blog lately.

The clown on the front right (of that big clown "posse") was probably pretty cute w/o all the makeup.
But if I ever get surprised by a pack of clowns when I'm old, I'll probably bite them.
