I know that watching 24/7 for four years would one day pay off. Lou Dobbs just said that "despite the government's efforts, after four years Osama bin Laden remains at large." What? Could they possibly FINALLY be hinting at Bush's incompetence???

I believe we haven't seen a new video of Osama Bin Laden in years because either he is dead and the government/military may or may not know it, or they have Osama in secret custody to keep his threat alive. They might announce his capture in 2008, or if times get too bad for Bush before then. But why not keep the U.S. "at war" as long as republicans are in power?
I think your giving them a little too much credit as to suggest they have him or killed him. They could'nt even find Bin Laden. I could say of them "all sizzle, no steak"
But the repubs would counter that even though they can't find a possibly frail, old man in the wild, we've had no attacks on American soil since 9/11. Just playing devil's advocate! --B
