POP GOES THE BUNNY!
Got a nose job, my skins been sanded and my jowls hacked off--and I finally have the long, swan-like neck I've always dreamt of. Not in real life. Just through the magic of photo-shop in a glossy spread in POP magazine--out now!
When superstar hairdresser Guido Palau contacted me about the shoot I didn't quite understand his concept. He said "We see you in like a classic, black turtleneck sweater." I told him "I really don't think my neck is long enough to look good in a tutrleneck" and he said,"Don't worry, we'll stretch it." Ding! Right answer! So Chris March of gr8bighair.com whipped up a few of his massive coiffures, the brilliant Kabuki Starshine spackled my mug, and Terry Tselios snapped the pix for the glossy, 5 page spread, with an interview by Guido. Check it out!
POP is an english mag and I'm in London performing tonight and tomorrow. I remember hearing of a Texas queen who had doctored up her publicity "portait" so fiercely that when she arrived in a nearby town to perform, the club's owners couldn't recognize her and she was fired on the spot for perpetratin'. Hope that doesn't happen to me!
