RENTS GOING UP!

The moneybags and their cronies in the government are determined to make NYC a huge ,sprawling bore that creative people can't afford to live in. The rent is already too damn high! And it's already at a point when I don't think creative people from around the world consider moving here as much due to the astronomical rents. If enough artsy people are now driven out by rising rents in a recession, I sure hope you enjoy bankers singing karaoke. That and Disney are all the entertainment you'll be getting. MORE: NBC
