MADONNA'S "VOGUE" SUED BY "LOVE BREAK" COPYRIGHT HOLDERS

This is fascinating, yet very involved. My main takeaway is that Salsoul played those horns that Vogue sampled like nobody's business! I wish that instead of having to sample/borrow/steal someone else's work, why can't producers just pay musicians to replay that one horn blast? There are plenty of talented musicians out of work and that one blast couldn't take long to record. But that Love Break horn stab gives you the ultimate in attitude to snap your neck, fling your arms out, vogue, pop, dip, spin, new way,old way, WHATEVER--LOVE BREAK is a masterpiece!
