Just saw the incredible Marsha P. (for Pay It No Mind) Johnson documentary at the IFC. Whether you see her as an inspirational gay/transgender rights pioneer/performer or a crazy HIV-infected hooker/beggar, one thing's for sure: Christopher Street will never be that divinely colorful and free-spirited again.
