I remember this interview like it was yesterday. I have always adored Grace, always will, she has been one of my very favorite artists since I was a kid. However, her behavior on this show is completely unprofessional.
Her chronic lateness, I believe, is one of the reasons she is not a bigger star. People get tired of that shit, no matter who you are!
She was dead wrong for that, and then to come on with those lame excuses?

What is your excuse for coming on the show high as a kite?
She was dead wrong to do Dave like that, twice! Notice, they NEVER had her back on the show again.
You could tell Dave was completely over it. This was the beginning of the end for the roll she was on in the US at the time, it's a shame.
