Restaurant Florent will have 5 days of closing parties, THE 5 STAGES OF LOSS, curated by Theater Tweed's Kevin Maloney with performances which should rival their old Bastille Day celebrations. You remember--those elegant affairs in July when the boiling heat and humidity fused with the rotting meat juices--when the meat-packing district still packed meat? Here's the line-up of performers:
