No, it's not Jocelyn Wildenstein with a tan. This site offers actual wigs for your cats! As much as cats like to play with string, I can't believe that many of the wigs would stay on the animals' head for too long, so they should really offer extensions which are glued in. I'm positive that the pretty kitties would prefer that!
