y flight tomorrow--if the airport's open. Before the power went out, I was watching a lot of TV. And I was particularly stunned by Ava Gardner's mug in some period movie that was on TCM. Her beauty is so dramatic that it shines through even when she's wearing very little make-up (Hollywood's interpretation of medieval maquillage) and has her hair pulled back. That is one helluva North Carolina fox!
