WATCHING THE NEWS AND...

It's so confusing to see people clapping at a Paul Ryan speech. After even ultra-conservative Fox News pointed out his issues with the truth following his baffling RNC speech, to clap for him now is to applaud lies. Not to mention that his running mate has never had a firm position on anything. Either it's applause for lies or applause for racism--as in we're the "we hate having a black president so much that we'll gladly tolerate lies" party. I don't know how else to describe it.

All the patriotic chest-thumping from republicans. But how much do you love or even understand this country if you think so little of it that you imagine that a muslim terrorist managed to sneak into the White House?
