Traveling as much as I do and at my advanced age, it's hard to stay regular in different time zones with sometimes only processed foods to eat and no fiber. And since I'm dieting, my old fool-proof trick of eat-until-you-crap is no longer an option. And I forgot to bring fiber supplements to Brazil.
