IS HE SAMPLING HIS OWN WARES?

Here's video of a republican representative in Montana arguing against drunk driving laws which he claims are destroying a way of life in Montana. Since he's a republican (ie dunce), I guess the lives lost in alcohol-related accidents didn't cross his mind. And the fool owns a bar! Like a typical republican, he puts business over people.
