People say I stole my name from a character in the Pricilla film, but I had it long before that.
My dad use to read the Mighty Mouse comics when he was a boy and Mighty mouse had a girlfriend called Mitzi. Dad named the family dog Mitzi, a white chihuahua. Mitzi, in season, would escape through the privet hedge to get gang raped by a pack of dogs in waiting. I was told to get out there and look for her, so I donned my mother's fur coat and high heel shoes (Think like a slut, dress like a slut!) which were far too big and would scrape along the pavement when I walked. I would stop and ask complete strangers if they have seen my "Mitzi" they thought I was a child prostitute. When you are 8 years old and dressed in nipple pink shouting "Mitzi! Mitzi!" in the street at the top of your voice, the name tends to stick, like mud!
